Certex UK are LEEA Award winners 2023

Last night, in Liverpool, Certex UK attended the LEEA Awards 2023, where we were shortlisted for four awards.

Certex UK is pleased to share that we were winners of two awards, and a runner up in one!

The first award we received was the ‘Innovation (Product) Award’ for our Ropewatcher product.

The Innovation (Product) Award is for members who have launched a new product to market since January 2022, it champions real innovation so LEEA were looking for a product that solves issues and challenges in a new way.

Scott Wilcox, Managing Director at Certex UK, said; “I am really pleased to accept this award for our company as we constantly strive to bring innovative products to market for the benefit of our customers”.

The second award we received was the ‘Sustainable Award’ for our r-PET products.

The Sustainable Award is keen to recognise and celebrate how LEEA members are developing environmentally considerate offerings to end users.

Erik Lissola, Digital & Marketing Director at the Lifting Solutions Group, said; “We are super happy with this award, and are proud that the work we have put into our r-PET product range is getting recognition within the lifting industry”.

Finally, we received the runner up position for the ‘Best Trainer’. An award to recognise and celebrate the industry’s trainer of the year.

Ricci Varley, Training and Compliance Engineer at Certex UK, said; “It was a privilege to be shortlisted for this award, thank you to everyone who has supported me in this journey”.
